Parcel tracking: follow a shipment in your browser

Parcel tracking starts with the shipment number from your dispatch confirmation. Enter it above, then compare the detected carrier, event time and delivery details with your order.

Parcel tracking: identify the right shipment

Open the order containing the item you are waiting for and find its dispatch details. An order number identifies a purchase; a tracking number refers to a shipment. One order may have several parcels with separate identifiers. Write down which item belongs to each number before interpreting a delivered status. This prevents the arrival of one parcel from being mistaken for completion of the whole order.

Copy the identifier exactly, including any leading zeros. Remove only accidental spaces around it. Do not shorten a number to match a format you have seen elsewhere. Different services may use different identifiers, and an international shipment may gain a second reference for its final delivery leg. If the order does not identify the carrier or shipment, ask the seller for that information before trying unrelated tracking services.

Start with the correct shipment

A shop order can contain several parcels. Match the missing item to its tracking number before comparing events. If a number is unavailable, ask the seller for the carrier, the shipment identifier and the handover date.

Read the event, not just the label

Check the timestamp and location. A shipping label does not confirm physical handover, and arrival in the destination country does not confirm delivery to your address. A partner reference may identify the final delivery leg.

Use official delivery controls

Address changes and pickup instructions belong in the responsible carrier’s own service. The embedded lookup keeps the tracking view on this page. Loading it shares your submitted tracking number and connection data with that provider.

When a delivery is missing

Open the delivery details, check the specified place and ask other household members. If the status contradicts what happened, save the dated event and report the discrepancy privately to the seller.

Read a status as an event, not a live location

A tracking event records a particular step at a particular time. It does not necessarily show where the parcel is at the moment you open the page. Label creation can happen before physical handover. A sorting scan records processing at a facility. An out-for-delivery message describes a delivery stage, while a delivered message reports an completed handover. Read the entire sentence, especially when it refers to a partner rather than the recipient.

Map features depend on the service and shipment. The absence of a map does not make a dated event history invalid. Likewise, a visible map does not automatically promise an exact arrival time. Compare the event time with the delivery window for your order. If different views disagree, check whether they show the time of the transport event or merely the time when information was imported.

When tracking does not change

Start by comparing the last physical event with the promised delivery period. An unchanged history is not proof that a parcel has been lost. It can also mean that there has been no new scan or that an update has not yet reached the displayed view. If only shipment data has been announced, ask the sender whether physical handover has happened and whether a handover record is available.

When the expected delivery period has passed, describe that specific discrepancy to the seller or responsible carrier. Include the relevant shipment number, the full last event and its date. A general message saying that tracking is broken is less useful than a clear explanation of what is missing. If the status asks you to collect the shipment or supply information, read the specific instructions and deadlines rather than applying a generic waiting period.

Delivered but not received

CheckWhat to compare
ShipmentDoes the number belong to the missing item?
Delivery detailsWhat place or recipient is actually recorded?
HouseholdDid someone else accept the parcel?
Collection pointIs it ready for collection rather than personally received?

If the delivery record still conflicts with what happened, save its dated details and report the discrepancy privately. Do not publish a complete address or tracking record in a public forum. If a damaged parcel has arrived, document the outer packaging, label and visible damage. Keep the packaging and describe your observations without guessing how the damage occurred.

A message you can adapt

Ask the seller to check the shipment

Subject: Please check shipment [tracking number]

Hello,
I am waiting for [item] from order [order reference].
Carrier and shipment number: [details].
Expected delivery: [date or window].
Last event: [full text, date and place].
I have already checked: [steps].
Please confirm the handover and advise the next step for this shipment.
Thank you.

Replace the placeholders with information about your own parcel and send the message through the appropriate private contact channel. Keep a case number and any reply together with the order details. If the parcel arrives while the enquiry is still open, update the same conversation so that the recipient of your request can see the current situation.

Stay safe while following delivery messages

A request for payment or an address correction should relate to a shipment you can identify. Do not enter card details or account credentials simply because a message includes a parcel number. At the same time, genuine delivery and import services can have their own notification processes, so a blanket claim that every payment message is fraudulent would be misleading. Verify the service, shipment and official procedure.

The tracking field above loads an external service only after you submit it. The notice beside the form explains the data transfer. Our portal provides guidance and an embedded lookup; it cannot change a delivery instruction or open a carrier investigation on your behalf. Use the internal delivery guides when you need to decide what to check next.
